The DeMonte Family claim against Three Rivers case was settled in December 2017. DeMonte, through 10 family members, purchased a lot on Coyote Drive and then demanded 10 memberships with the intent, we believe, to transfer a 1/10 interest in the Coyote Drive lot to a purchaser of DeMonte’s subdivision lots. DeMonte essentially abandoned this lawsuit and agreed to Association’s terms of settlement. A Stipulated General Judgment of Dismissal was filed in Jefferson County Circuit Court on January 16th, 2018. Under the Judgment the Association will recognize a single membership for the property.
