REPORT TO THE MEMBERSHIP – EH SPARKS TRIAL DECISION UPDATE

On Monday, June 8th, 2020, Association counsel filed a Motion for extension of time to file Rule 62 Motion to June 29th. On Friday, June 12th, Defendant DeMonte filed an objection to that Motion with the court. On June 29th, Association counsel file a Rule 62B Motion in Jefferson County Circuit Court. On Wednesday, July 22nd at 3:30 p.m. a Motion Hearing will be held via Webinar with Judge Hillman in Jefferson County Circuit Court to rule on Plaintiffs and Defendants Motions.
