As we work to clean up package deliveries the following will be implemented: All Fed-Ex and UPS packages will now be delivered to your property and not left in the office. USPS packages that are too big for your mail box at the front gate will be left in the front office. Office staff will not be calling to say that you have a package nor having you sign for it. You will need to track your package yourself and know when it has been delivered.
We will no longer accept packages that are addressed to a landowner in care of our address.

Sometimes people will receive overnight packages that are time sensitive or legal papers they are not expecting. If they are not on property Or snowbirds this could really create a problem. I would Like to Respectfully ask that you rethink this decision. I had that very thing happen to me and thank goodness for our office staff. It would have been devastating for me had they not let me know I had a package.
