The IVAM system is currently not texting guest pass codes to guests nor is it texting landowners when guests go through the gate because we are awaiting registration approval from the FCC on the number that generates those texts. Guests will still receive their codes via email and landowners will be notified via email when a guest arrives through the gate. The FCC is currently back logged so we do not know how long it will be.
