Property Owners and Guests:
An accident occurred at the front gate on January 29th. No one was injured. The accident destroyed the IN-GATE SYSTEM. We currently are working on replacing the compete system but need your cooperation to protect our community. We ask that Property Owners, Guests, and Contractors follow the directions at the Message Board.
STOP AT THE GATE RECOGNITION AREA
VISUAL RECOGNITION: WAIT THE TIME (Usually 5 sec. depending on approach speed)
KEY CARD: SWIPE THE CARD
GATE CODE: ENTER THE 5-DIGIT CODE + # SIGN.
CONTINUE FORWARD
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE DO YOU EXIT THE IN-GATE.
The gate area is under real-time video surveillance. Fines will be issued to Property Owners, and Trespassers may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Thank you for your cooperation.
Has this accident in anyway caused an issue with accessing the “Gate Access/Visitor Pass” through our website? I cannot get into the system with my username or password. Thanks, in advance.
