FIREWISE UPDATE: Three Rivers is a Firewise Community. The Firewise Board applied for and received Firewise status for 2024 which allows the LOA to apply for and receive grant monies to assist with fire mitigation in the common areas. To qualify for Firewise status, your hours to remediate personal properties and the common areas need to be tracked by the LOA. You can download the form from the Three Rivers Website or you can click on the following link to submit your hours. If you have any questions, please email 3riversfirewise@gmail.com.

Also, Jefferson County has some Title III grant money available on a first come-first served basis. If you want to remediate your property, please contact Levi Horn with LCF&R. In order to be eligible, you must supply before and after photos. You can contact Levi at prevention@lakechinookfireandrescue.org.
