On October 1st Judge Hillman set a hearing for November 16th, 2018 10:00 a.m. to rule on the matter. On November 16th at 8:15 a.m. the association through counsel received the following email from Judge Hillman;
“Subject: Three Rivers Landowners Association vs Jefferson County et al 16CV26227
Good morning!
My apologies for the late notice, but this morning’s status hearing has been moved to December 7th at 9am. Judge Hillman apologizes that she has a bit more to do on her opinion and her schedule has not permitted her that time.”
The association is continuing discussions with the defendants in the hopes of reaching a settlement agreement. The hearing is classified as a “Status Hearing”. Property owners are not encouraged to attend.
