After reading through all of the legal documents. I am wondering what are some of the “other” concerns some of the Land owners have? One of ours is the fact that we felt a Public road in or through our community would actually make it a less desirable area for a lot of people and property values might lower. As well as safety, and security. All of which are reasons we bought in 3 Rivers. We are planning on attending the meeting on the 13th.
Was the meeting recorded? what was the outcome? can minutes be posted?
All Commissioner Hearings are recorded and you can request a copy by contacting the Commissioners Office.
The Commissioners have moved there decision on the vacation of Road 577 to their Wednesday, August 24th meeting. The Hearing is scheduled for 1:35 p.m. Please encourage every property owner to attend.
I want to give a personal thank you to all of the property owners that attending last Wednesdays Commissioners Hearing and a special thank you to those of you that had to stand in the hallway or outside during the almost 4 hour meeting. We really do have a wonderful community!

I just ran across a map from the US Dept. of the Interior showing property ownership around the BLM dispersed camping area… It lists all of 3r as privately owned all the way to the water.

The recent article in the newsletter mentioned an “Oral Settlement proposal” from DeMonte Family Trust and also mentions a “Global” Settlement Offer. Can you share the details? Has there been any update?
Thanks
The DeMonte Family Trust through there attorney communicated with our attorney and made a verbal offer. We responded with a “Global” written Settlement Offer which included the Anderson Family, two of the three Defendants in the suit. To date, we have not received a response to the Settlement Offer from any of the parties.
are there any updates? We haven’t heard anything since the annual meeting.
