Please remind your guests and contractors that the cans in the donation bins are the property of 3 Rivers and the proceeds are used for the common area improvements we all enjoy. They are not there to provide supplemental income to the handful of jackasses that have been ripping us off lately. Unauthorized removal of donated cans and bottles is considered theft and the inherent risks of conducting those sorts of activities within 3 Rivers outweigh the rewards… Please take photos of vehicles and license plates of any suspicious activity and report it to the front office.
