      10×12 hickory shed converted to all season bathhouse. Easy access to move.
      Propane direct vent furnace that requires no power to operate and built in thermostat.
      Flushing toilet and shower. Fast recovery RV hot water tank operates on propane or 110v ac.
      Plumbed for clothes washer and dryer.
      Deep sink.
      Currently running on a 12 volt battery and RV water pump for water.
      We used it all winter and no issues with freezing. Functional all year around.
