      I know that 3 Rivers community enjoys staying up late on holiday weekends. However is part of the ritual people driving around late on quads blowing off their air horns. I hope I am not being overly sensitive, but it is really annoying hearing it from 1/2 mile away to right out on the road in front of your place.

        I don’t blame you!!! It seems as though there is NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE IN 3 RIVERS any more!! What happened to common courtesy??
