Thanks for the comments. If you don’t like what you’re seeing from the current 3 Rivers Board, I strongly suggest you run for one of the several open positions in the next election. Or get involved with any of the committees or volunteer projects.

The Board meetings are always open for public comment as well.

Hello, this is Three Rivers Landowners Association letting you know that the annual meeting scheduled for March 14th at the Milwaukie Elks Lodge has been postponed to a later date to be determined. Please see attached.

We’re still about 90 votes short of our 75% goal on the Allen Trust settlement. If you have not voted yet, please do so. If you never received your voters package, please contact the front office to determine why not and to make sure we we have your correct info on record.

The longer we drag this out the more expensive it gets for us.

Contact the front office and figure out why you’re getting billed for dues but not receiving voting info.

If you voted at the meeting then those are official and you’re good to go. If you received the emergency ballots in the mail then that means we never received your votes for some reason. If you haven’t received anything all along then contact the front office to ensure they have your correct address on record.

Remember that you get 2 votes for each set of annual dues paid.

Just a heads up that if you’ve got pole mounted solar panels with a decent angle to them, they’re probably clear. Flatter mounted panels and ones attached to your roof that can’t slough off might be a different story…

If you plan on coming up and don’t have your driveway cleared already, you won’t be able to get off the road without a shovel….
