I agree with Phil. They should also be compiled (FAQ) with back up facts and documentation to support the question, something other than a simple “yes”.
You are very welcome Nick. I have already asked our secretary to post these on the 3R’s website. Have a great evening!
Nick and All:
In 2015 the Board of Directors approved the TRLA Dues, Assessments and Collection Policy. That policy has been included in each years property owner statements since. The Policy explains in detail the dues/assessments payment and collection procedures. I do not wish to speak for the other board members but I’m sure they would agree that our goal is to work with all property owners and there needs. Fieldstone Management is a third-party contractor retained under the direction of the board to handle bookkeeping for the Association. If any property owner has a need regard dues and assessments I encourage them to contact Julie at Fieldstone direct at (541) 385-7799, #3 or contact any board member direct, the Treasurer, Dan Mayer at (541) 977-5078 or myself at (541) 420-9898 for assistance.
Sincerely,
Randy Panek
President TRLAFebruary 25, 2017 at 11:01 pm in reply to: DeMonte Family Trust applied for and received fro Jefferson County a permit for construction of E.H. Sparks Road (aka Road 557) #6938Yes, the DeMonte Family Trust applied for and received a road permit from Jefferson County. To the best of our knowledge they have not picked up that permit nor began work. The area the permit is good for is OUTSIDE of TR’s to the West on a portion of AKA CR-577 that was “Legalized” by Jefferson County in 2015.
The Amended Complaint Filed on August 26, 2016 are on the website in SAV-R-COMMUNITY. I have attached it for you.

Attachments:The DeMonte Family Trust through there attorney communicated with our attorney and made a verbal offer. We responded with a “Global” written Settlement Offer which included the Anderson Family, two of the three Defendants in the suit. To date, we have not received a response to the Settlement Offer from any of the parties.
