In late January, each property owner received a Ballot Measure Packet and an invite to VOTE HOA NOW to approve a one-year extension of the Legal Assessment Fund. Approval of this Ballot Measure is needed to finance continuing efforts to complete the recording of Three Rivers Landowners Association boundaries, protect our private gated community, and deal with other land development and use matters. No matter how you vote, please complete the process online (Vote HOA Now) or Mail in your two (2) Ballots as soon as possible. Your continued support is greatly appreciated.
