Please be careful about what you leave on your boats at the marina. We received the message below about a theft incident that recently happened.
We bought the Shillers’ property on Brandy Lane in 2018 and have loved every moment. Today we found our boat had been vandalized. We are docked in slip 479. Someone ripped our Garmin Striker Plus 7CV off our boat causing damage to the wiring components. They also stole a blue tote filled with fishing gear. These items were within reach from the side dock. We don’t believe they entered the boat. Our hearts are broken over the trust that is now gone. Please keep an eye out for these items. We are considering filing a police report.
