Out of an abundance of caution, and in the interests of the health and well being of our landowners and guests, the Board of Directors, by a vote 4-0 (2-Absent) agreed today, Sunday, August 22, 2021, to cancel all Labor Day activities other than the Big Canyon Gun Club Shoot and Gate To the Lake Run*. (*Subject to further State COVID restrictions). There will be no SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 4th BINGO or SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th LABOR DAY GAMES.

Hospitals in this region are at capacity. At this point there are only 39 ICU beds available in the entire state. COVID daily cases continue to rise both with unvaccinated and vaccinated citizens.

Current rules from the Oregon Health Authority and Governor Brown require masking while indoors. OHA and CDC guidance continues to strongly recommend masking outdoors in crowded environments, as the Labor Day Games and Bingo would be.

We hope that next year we will be free of this pandemic and can resume normal activities. In the meantime, stay safe. Thank you.
