The Three Rivers Board of Directors passed a motion to extend the Roads Preservation Assessment deadline to end of business Tuesday, March 31st, 2020
Reminder, annual amount of $250 approved by Three Rivers property owners on September 30th, 2019. Assessment began January 2, 2020 and continues for (5) five-years through 2024. The Annual Assessment of $250 per deeded property owner (family unit) placed in a restricted account, for roads only, not in a general fund, will provide approximately $175,000 annually in revenue for much need road capital improvement projects.
Property owners may elect to pay the complete five-year assessment in first year or remaining balance at any time.

You can also pay at the front gate office, but please do so by March 31st, 2020 to prevent late fees, penalties or additional costs associated with the collections process.
