The hearing scheduled for June 4th was held via conference call with senior judge Ron Pahl from Umatilla County. Two hearings have been set; Monday August 6th, 2018 at 9 a.m. (1 hour) to hear motions to strike and the summary judgment hearing for Monday, October 1st, 2018 9 a.m. (3 hours).
