      The EH Sparks Trial was held on Monday, July 29th and Tuesday, July 30th, 2019 in Jefferson County Circuit Court. Thank you to the board members and owners in attendance for both days. At the end of testimony Judge Hillman Ordered that Closing Statements must be submitted in writing by both the Plaintiff and Defendants. The judge set a due date of September 13th, 2019. The Judge will then have 30-day (October 13th, 2019) to provide her written decision in the matter.

      Attached are Trial Memorandums prepared by the Plaintiff and Defendants.

          Hi David. After new evidence was allowed to be given AFTER the trial an objection was filed.The judge allowed more rebuttal.An extension has been filed and Three Rivers attorney has until November 8 to file a rebuttal and more closing arguments. Then I think the judge may have 7 days to respond and have a decision for us IF there are no further interruptions!!!
