At the October 1st, 2018 Motion for Summary Judgment Hearing Judge Hillman stated that she would rule on the matter on November 16th, 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom B, Jefferson County Circuit Court. Since the Hearing both the Plaintiff and Defendant Jefferson County have withdrawn their Motions for Summary Judgment from Court Records. It is unclear what Judge Hillman will rule on that day. All property owners are encouraged to attend this hearing.
