Benefits of being a landowner at 3R BESIDES Lake access.
Planning an Event at 3R? Family Reunion, Weddings, Celebration of Life/Funerals, Concerts/Recitals, etc.?
These common areas below are available to reserve for your family and friends at nominal fees plus all the information is right on our 3rrec website:
1. The Event Center which is our previous fire station, has a custom built bar, a kitchen, indoor & outdoor entertaining area, foosball, pool table, air hockey, and much more. The fees are minimal depending on the event & number of attendees.
2. Our18 hole Disc Course/9 hole desert course-check out/borrow the equipment from the office. Great family fun at NO additional charge! Just leave it like you found it—maybe even consider a family tournament.
3. The Rec Hall (or the Bingo hall to some of you.) Is available just like the Event Center so take a look on the website for all the details.
4. Also contact John Gottbreht for use of the rifle range (High fire danger is the controlling factor at this time.)
A lot of volunteer time and energy went into planning, funding (a lot of can sorting) and building/restoring these areas but they are available for your upcoming event.
