The Jefferson County Community Development (CDD) received a request from a property owner in TR’s to place an 80′ tall wind turbine. The Department is asking for concerns or comments from property owners within 1,320 feet of the property boundaries. The Association received the information which is attached. The Three Rivers Boundaries and Land Use Committee and Board of Directors have reviewed this request and have concerns which have been submitted to CDD. A draft response letter is attached for you use.
