I’m sure this has been covered so I apologize for the repeat. Can someone please provide details of our total 2022 dues and assessments and when everything is due? I got an email saying the 2022 $250 roads assessment is due, then when I go to the website it says a total of $500 is due but doesn’t give any details of the other $250 other than to say 2022 or anything else that is due this year? Do we still have a legal assessment this year? Marine assessment? Is there still the discount if dues are paid by a certain date? What is else is there? I’m sure some prefer to stretch things out in payments but I would rather get a single bill for everything for the year and be done with it. It’s hard to follow when things trickle in. Thank you!
