I don’t disagree with anything you said. My post wasn’t an endorsement of the increases I am simply restating the information I received from calling the district. I plan to attend the meeting as we are full time residents and it happens to be a week I’m not traveling for work. I am getting sick of the increase in dues and fees. The constant litigation, fee increases and what I hear another increase being considered for next year by the LOA board. I can’t imagine the strain on those living here on a fixed income.
