It would only address the Allen Trust Company (aka Allen Family Trust) portion of the lawsuit. They will not be able to have any discussions, negotiations, or agreements with the DeMonte Family Trust, UNLESS the vote fails.
A 75% “Yes” vote by the membership does not mean this is over. It just gets us one important step closer in the right direction.
