Yes, the DeMonte Family Trust applied for and received a road permit from Jefferson County. To the best of our knowledge they have not picked up that permit nor began work. The area the permit is good for is OUTSIDE of TR’s to the West on a portion of AKA CR-577 that was “Legalized” by Jefferson County in 2015.
The Amended Complaint Filed on August 26, 2016 are on the website in SAV-R-COMMUNITY. I have attached it for you.
